Happy Pinterest Party Friday everyone!!!
Is everyone ready for Christmas?
I have almost everything bought, but not one thing is wrapped yet! Wrapping is my very least favorite thing to do. It’s like I have a wrapping disability. No matter what I do, my packages look like a 5 year old wrapped them.
When the unnamed child was little and we showed up to Christmas gatherings with our packages, everyone would say oh how cute she wrapped them. The sad thing was I never corrected them.
Now that the child that wishes to remain anonymous is 16, I have no excuse why my gifts still look like a blind person wrapped them.
So wrapping is definitely on the agenda this weekend.
We are also having Topher’s side of the family’s Christmas party on Saturday. So that leaves me today to go out in the insane traffic and finish up that Christmas shopping.
I did find out a neat little something today. I ordered all of Topher’s gifts online last week and was getting a bit concerned that they hadn’t arrived yet. I went to the website to see if I could get a tracking number and for some reason the order had never gone through!! WHAT???
So I frantically placed that order again yesterday, and I am now paying 8 million dollars in shipping to get that stuff slapped on my doorstep by Christmas Eve. You can better believe there will be some serious pacing around until UPS rings my doorbell on Tuesday.
Where are those Amazon drones when you need them?
On to this year’s favorite Christmas pins!
I am absolutely in love with all of the creations Carmel from Our Fifth House makes so why would her tree be any different?
Doesn’t this look like it came right out of Barbie’s Dream House? Love it!
I love the silver sprigs and all those glass ornaments.
I’m loving the teal mixed with the woodsy pinecones on this!
I adore trees that are full to the gills with ornaments.
This tree looks so classic and regal. It looks like it should be sitting in the White House sitting room.
This is such a whimsical beauty from Inspired Charm!
I so kind of obsessed with the turquoise and the lime green combination. Lots of pops of color in this house.
I love the giant gold poinsettias mixed with the rich burgandys. This one is exploding with ornaments.
Kate from Centsational Girl is an amazing blogger who apparently is as big of a fan of turquoise as I am. Check out her amazing tree!
We are supposed to have snow here in Kansas this weekend. Aaaaaand, there’s a chance at a white Christmas!!
I’ll keep you posted.
I hope you have a warm and safe weekend where you are!
See you on Monday!
